I'm still perplexed. MV slows down to allow LH past as instructed. LH- (despite just complaining that the MV kept his position after going off track)- declines to pass (possibly for his own strategic reason), why does MV have to slow again? How many times does the driver in front have to add chunks onto their lap times until the driver behind gets the message? Interesting precedent. Both teams knew, both teams have communication to their drivers. If Merc didn't tell Lulu in time, the moment's passed. Bad luck. Keep racing.06-12-2021 04:16

Yes. Why has Bottas/ Merc's breach of safety car rules escaped everyone's attention? FIA article 39.5 and 39.7. Clear breach. Merc should have paid for that. Or did they receive a little fine (!) for it but nobody noticed, because it's more important to coddle Lulu and Toto's hurt feelings over being run ragged to this championship?06-12-2021 04:23
